A London Bus meets a green agenda - A vegan restuarant in a double decker Rootmaster Bus. Rootmaster is one of the unusual restaurants London locals love. You'll see the new version of these buses zooming all over town, now you dine in one until your heart is content. Tofu burgers, stirfries and 'bus baked bread' are the order of the day. At the Bonnington Cafe you just never know what the menu will look like OR, who will be cooking for you. Each night there's a different volunteer cook serving up vegetarian fare. Quality can vary but 3 courses won't set you back more than a 13 quid. Added bonus, bring your own wine!

What a great idea - take an unused hospital rooftop and transform it into one of the best unusual restaurants London has. Complete with a stunning see through pavillion there's no boring hospital food here. The Orangery offers teas, coffee and light meals.
